OUR VISION

TO BECOME THE LEADING TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL CENTRE FOR TRAINING THE MOST COMPETENT CHANGE AGENTS AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PRACTITIONERS WHO WILL  SPEARHEAD DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES AT GRASSROOT LEVEL.

TO PRODUCE CAPABLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONALS BY PROVIDING TRAINING IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SO THAT THEY CAN FACILITATE / MOBILIZE PEOPLE AT COMMUNITY LEVEL IN PROPER UTILIZATION OF LOCAL AND EXTERNAL RESOURCES FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
